An applause can be heard in the background.
"Very good. Well," He pauses and looks at Roy, "Some of you. I understand one of you is a healer. If you could please heal him quickly so he can at least be conscious. I don't think he's too far gone. As for the girl, it's possible she was given too much anesthetic."
He walked to where his robot was, kicked it over and examined it as he continued speaking.
"Now, to answer the questions most likely running through your brains. Listen carefully children.
One: you've been out for about three days, playing my games for about two.
Two: since your arrival, places of an older time have either switched places or merged with today's places. That castle in the middle of our city was long taken down. It being there is quite a surprise for those in Metryopolis.
Three: I kept you here to determine if you were truly the heroes of old, and then for selfish reasons: to ask for your help."
He looks at MM, Araphen, and Ty, turns around and goes up to them. "But, I see now my task may be too great for you all. Thus, I will not involve you with my business." He turned around again and looked at the sky.
"But my son. He may involve you anyways. I have given you an accurate simulation of our company's newest Hero transport. It is an airship, which you now know its layout. If you ever find yourself inside it again, you may be there because of my son. Beware, he is far more violent and greedy than I."
"MM, you have notes in your pockets that might give you some insight on the current state of the city. Not much. As I figure you'll learn for yourselves. Heroes of Azgard, you truly are legends within this city. I welcome you to Metryopolis. I apologize for putting you through the ordeals that I did. I meant no harm. I will not ask of you to get involved in my business, but I will ask of you to find a way to put things back to the way they were. Separate these two timelines that have merged together."
Then he smiled. "It's amazing to see one use magic as you have Araphen. No one has seen anyone use magic in many many years.
All of you, if you need assistance or support, please ask for me, Jeremiah Eldridge, at this building. My company is one that has a goal to protect people. But currently I have a meeting with 13 crime lords to attend to. Don't ask. Please leave here soon." With that he sighed and re-entered the building.
